Studentvägen

The foundation Norrlandsgårdarna can provide 568 student rooms out of which 100 are Double rooms, and 86 apartments of which 72 are three room and 12 are two rooms. All student rooms are refurbished and the apartments have had their stems renovated.
Each student room and apartment have access to broadband and cable television, which is included in the rent. Each house has its own laundry room and no fees are charged for use of the laundry rooms. Sauna are to be found in several of the houses and all residents have free access to a sauna. Student rooms have shared kitchen and shared shower (two per corridor). Cellar storage is available in every dorm and apartment building. All residents have access to the locked bike storage.
Families with children are given priority when applying for apartments.
 
Dorm room: heat, water and electricity included in the rent.
Apartments: heat and water included in rent.
 
For all student rooms:
Living area about 18 square meters, incl. hall and toilet. Rent for only ten months. June and July rent-free. Houses have 5 levels and no lift. Ground floor is half a staircase up. Kitchen and shower shared with others. Access to cable television, laundry room and a sauna. Internet through the university.
