Norrlands nation have a wide arrange of student housing and we are proud to provide housing for many of our members at some point during their studies!

Through our housing foundation we have accommodations to suit both those that want to live by themselves or those who prefer the corridor experience with other students. There are also larger apartments suitable for those who may have started a family. Our homes are located at the well known Studentvägen and in the neighborhood Observatoriet (Luthagesesplanaden 27, the Ekonomikum park), only a stone's throw from the city center and universities buildings.

The foundation Norrlandsgårdarna can provide 568 student rooms out of which 100 are Double rooms, and 221 apartments. All student rooms are refurbished and the apartments have had their stems renovated.
Observatoriet
The rent is paid 12 months per year, excluding electricity and hot and cold water which is charged separately.

At Observatoriet there are 118 apartments, out of which 70 are one room and 48 are two rooms. The building has six floors with lift and a basement.
